Residents try to save two Ginter Park Historic District homes

Residents of Richmond’s North Side are rallying to save two homes on Chamberlayne Avenue, about two months after they were recognized in an expansion of the Ginter Park Historic District. The Robins Foundation filed for permits to demolish the homes at 4200 and 4202 Chamberlayne Ave. and said it will proceed promptly unless a buyer steps forward.
